Objectives of this role:

• Work on a wide range of projects using various software programs to visualise and develop renderings or drawings to meet project goals.
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with the creative team to meet deadlines. Stay within budgets and timelines based on project briefs which may include 5 or more simultaneous projects.
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
• Update and maintain internal database for 3D and designs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings and fixtures in accordance to the brief.
• The ability to produce high realism renderings for projects is a must.
• Develop the renovation timeline and coordinate with Site manager, contractors and vendors to implement design ideas.
• Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.
• To work closely with the Creative Director and Creative team.

Required skills:

• Advance Experience in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop & Shop Drawing.
• Advance rendering software of preference (3DS Max, V-ray, Lumion, Enscape, Blender & etc.)

The primary objective of the Accountant role is to manage and maintain accurate financial records for the organization. This includes preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting financial decision-making through detailed financial analysis.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports inclusive of all approval of accounting entries, income statement, balance sheet, cashflow statement, tax computation, and any other relevant reports needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts based on historical data and projected trends.

Job Description:

• To supervise and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion
• To assist in monitoring site progress and contractors’ performance so that completion of projects undertaken by the Company will be within budgeted cost, stipulated timeframe and expected quality.
